The Contract includes the following provisions to vary the Agreement and amount payable

• Any substantial changes to customer service functions outlined in the contract agreement or to any processes, rules, or requirements which the contract agreement provides may be changed or confirmed during the term and will be agreed with both parties by a variation to the contract agreement

• One or more of the service activities may be removed during the contract term, at the Principal's discretion, and the contract agreement will be varied accordingly, to remove this item and any costs payable for this item.

• If the Principal identifies a need for a new NSW Health email address to support the Tobacco Information Line or Stepping On, the requirements will be agreed by both parties by a variation to the contract agreement.

• The dissemination of reports via NSW Health SharePoint site(s) may be replaced with a data feed to a data warehouse platform, owned by the Principal, within the contract term. Requirements for this data feed will be agreed with both parties by a variation to the contract agreement.

• The HSS may be required to undertake value-add activities related to food and drink data within the contract term. Requirements for these activities will be agreed with both parties by a variation to the contract agreement.

• Notwithstanding PMS clause 8 of the Agreement, except as specified in this document, no variation will be effective unless agreed in writing by the parties.

 The Contract include provisions for the Service Provider to invoice the Principal for variable costs on a quarterly basis if the services for routine customer service and menu check assessment exceed the volumes included in the costs and payment schedule outlined in Table 4 and Table 5 of Schedule 2.
