• (Part A) Onsite Radiologist Services (reporting and interventional services where radiologist presence is required onsite)

• (Part B) Remote Radiology Reporting Services (Reporting of radiology studies where radiologist presence is not required onsite) and

• (Part C) Offsite Imaging Services (Imaging and reporting of radiology studies where a modality or procedure is not provided in a SNSWLHD facility)
