Tender Details

The NSW Ministry of Health is seeking a tender from a nominated organisation for the provision of a specialist MHACPI (Mental Health Aged Care Partnership Initiative) transition unit in a residential aged care facility in Northern Sydney LHD, as a component of the Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI).

The successful tenderer will provide specialist residential aged care services for people with significant behavioural disturbance associated with severe and persistent mental illness and/or dementia, and aged care needs, initially focusing on older people who have had long stays or are at risk of long stays in NSW mental health facilities and other inpatient services. This Request for Tender is calling for a tender based on the MHACPI (Mental Health Aged Care Partnership Initiative) model of care.
