Tender Details
In undertaking CBA, the Supplier is required to comply with NSW Government Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis, (TPP17-03) and NSW Health Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis of Health Capital Projects (GL2018_021).
The Services include but are not limited to:
•undertaking CBA of assigned health capital projects by applying best practices in CBA in the healthcare sector and the NSW Government and NSW Health Guidelines
•conducting literature search to support the development of CBA, particularly in relation to new benefit assessment as required;
•managing steps in preparing CBA, including identification of input requirement and collection as coordinated by HI ALEA and the HI Project Director;
•applying the HI CBA Toolkit to develop a CBA excel model and a CBA report at each business case phase;
•participating in start-up and progress meetings;
•supporting the project team in option development process including shortlisting options from long list options
•where required, participating in the Gateway Review (including an interview) in relation to the CBA of the project business case;
•where applicable and at the request of HI:
oundertaking relevant research tasks to improve the measurement and valuation of health benefits and costs; and
oparticipating in a workshop to discuss and identify project benefits in the development of a Benefits Realisation Plan.
