For the Supply of Energy Performance Contracting Services for Cogeneration at Westmead Hospital

As part of a commitment to saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Sydney West Area Health Service (SWAHS) is currently planning the construction of a new Cogeneration Central Energy Plant to serve the cooling, heating, and electrical needs of the Westmead Hospital.

SWAHS invites expressions of interest applications from companies wishing to be considered for the project involving the design, construction and operation of the Cogeneration Central Energy Plant. Firms who respond to this Expression of Interest will be evaluated and a number of organisations will be short listed and invited to submit an offer under a request for proposal.

The preferred method of procurement is using an Energy Performance Contract (EPC).

Expressions of Interest must be lodged by 2 pm on Wednesday 2nd August 2006 in the tender box located at Westmead Hospital Security office level 2, Westmead Hospital, Hawkesbury Road Westmead.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
