The evaluation is to be undertaken in two stages: · A pre-implementation information collection stage (Stage I)· A post-implementation evaluation stage (Stage II). Stage I is to be commenced upon execution of the contract with the successful tenderer, and is due for completion at the end of August 2007.Stage II is due to be commenced in early 2009 and completed in mid-2009.
