Open RFQ for a complete motor vehicle fleet management system that provides best practice functionality and fleet optimisation for reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) on a monthly price per vehicle basis.
The service must have the ability to seamlessly migrate from existing NSW Health fleet management systems and services and should provide a solution (but not be limited to) the following functionality:
· Complete service for tracking of vehicle utilisation including time and distance plus comprehensive reporting
· Optimisation of manufacturers rebates/discounts
· Full utilisation details for each vehicle
· Full lease management including novated leases
· Detailed Fringe Benefits Tax reporting
· On-line motor vehicle booking tool with user registration and management
· Pool services and management facilities across NSW Health fleet as well as other NSW Government agencies where appropriate
· Consideration for OHS&E for demonstrable duty of care
· Fleet acquisition/purchasing/leasing and disposal service that targets the lowering of total cost of ownership
· Accident management
· Spare vehicle management
· Tolls management
· Fuel management
· Service & maintenance management including roadside assistance
· Asset management, including support for acquisition and disposal of vehicles through a competitive process
· Training for NSW Health Services fleet managers
· Implementation including assistance with migration and cleansing of data
· Functionality to assist in optimizing vehicle selection including environmental and safety ratings
· Comprehensive reporting capability
