Justice Health wishes to engage a consultant to undertake a functional and cost review of the Youth Drug and Alcohol Court (YDAC) program [the program] on behalf of all Government Departments involved with the program. The review will examine all processes associated with the program, and result in a report with recommendations for a streamlined program which uses evidence based assessments and interventions, avoids unnecessary duplication, and ensures the therapeutic and support services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of program clients.
