Tender Details

The purpose of the project is to: " Conduct a comprehensive process evaluation and costing of the Get Healthy Service; and " Evaluate the impact of the Get Healthy Service on client health behaviours and related health outcomes. The evaluation has a number of objectives relating to: " Assessing the effectiveness of the "Get Healthy" Service. " Examining the impact of the "Get Healthy" Service on changes in physical activity levels, eating behaviours and weight. " Determine the predictos of change in clients who change their lifestyle compared to those who do not. " Determine the relative effectiveness of intervention intensities on knowledge, intentions and self reported behaviour. " Analyse and assess the costs of planning and implementing the "Get Healthy" service. " Examine the relationship between referral modality and client outcomes. " Examine the relationship between client socio-demographic characteristics, risk status and outcomes.
