Scope of Services
GSAHS is issuing this RFT to identify potential Service Providers to assume accountability for certain aspects of the delivery of medical imaging services within one or more Service Regions. Whereas GSAHS will maintain overall responsibility for medical imaging services, Service Providers will be accountable for the following aspects, including:
(1) Radiologist reading and reporting services;
(2) Provision of all necessary medical imaging equipment;
(3) Purchasing of existing Equipment owned by GSAHS, accepting the assignment of all leases of existing Equipment leased by GSAHS, or accepting responsibility for the lease payments for existing Equipment leased by GSAHS;
(4) Provision of Information Technology Systems within and between hospitals; and
(5) Provision of seamless Service delivery and Transition Planning.
