NSW Health / SESIAHS Renal Service Price Per Treatment for Haemodialysis - SEH889

SESIAHS is tendering for price per treatment for haemodialysis with the tenderer being responsible for water treatment and provision of dialysis technology (machines and chairs) and consumables to enable the dialysis treatments to be undertaken. The Southern sector includes dialysis services at the Wollongong Hospital, which consists of a Satellite dialysis unit and Incentre dialysis unit, Shellharbour Hospital Satellite Unit and Shoalhaven Satellite Unit. The Central zone includes dialysis treatments at St. George Hospital and the Sutherland Hospital Satellite Unit. The contract also includes the provision, installation, commissioning and testing during construction of the Sutherland satellite unit of water treatment. The Northern sector includes dialysis treatments at Prince of Wales Hospital (which provides dialysis as a shared facility for the Sydney Childrens Hospital) and the War Memorial Satellite Unit. Dialysis treatments provided by St Vincents Hospital are not included. There is a component for Home Dialysis consumables (excludes machines and fluid which are on separate NSW State contract arrangements) for the Southern and Northern sector but excludes at this time the Central sector. The Tenderer shall provide quotes for contract duration of five (5) years with the exception of the Northern Sector which may have a delayed commencement. An option the extend the contract by a further Two (2) years may be offered.
