NSW Health / <B>Radiologist Services at Lithgow</B> - SWAHS P228/2007

Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Radiological Services to the Lithgow Hospital.

A site visit will be held, early on Friday 21 September 2007 - See Addenda #2 for details.

Sydney West Area Health Service (SWAHS) is seeking organisations, consortia and/or contractors for the provision of diagnostic and interventional Radiology services at Lithgow Hospital. This may include the provision of a multislice CT Scanner, if the respondent so chooses.

A qualified radiologist is required on-site at Lithgow for a minimum of two (2) days per week, seven (7) hours per day, Monday to Friday. The service will need to provide comprehensive reporting and procedural services for CT, Interventional & Fluoroscopy procedures (as required), Mammography, Ultrasound, OPG and General Radiology at Lithgow Hospital.

The respondent may choose to take up the option of providing a multislice CT Scanner as part of the Request for Tender (RFT).
