SWAHS is seeking a suitably qualified consultant with demonstrated skills to undertake a review of business flow processes for Forensic Services within Diagnostic Analytical Laboratories, Sydney West Area Health Service and NSW Police for Forensic Services.
The primary purpose of the consultancy is to examine the end-to-end business flow processes both current and future and define a methodology, which will improve current task performance within and between the different agencies.
