Tender Details

As part of a commitment to saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Sydney West Area Health Service (SWAHS) is currently planning the construction of a new Cogeneration Central Energy Plant to serve the heating, and electrical needs of the Blue Mountains Anzac Memorial Hospital at Katoomba.

SWAHS invites expressions of interest applications from companies wishing to be considered for the project involving the design, construction and operation of the Cogeneration Central Energy Plant. Firms who respond to this Expression of Interest will be evaluated and a maximum of three organisations will be short listed and invited to submit an offer under a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The preferred method of procurement is using an Energy Performance Contract (EPC).
