The Mid North Coast Local Health District is responsible for the conduct of public hospitals and health institutions and the provision of health services for resident of the areas in respect of which it is constituted. The purpose of this RFT is to assist the Local Health District identify a supplier to provide the Services on an overall best value for money basis.

The Services to be supplied or performed in accordance with the Proposed Contract include:

• Lawn mowing, edge trimming, tree pruning, control of weeds, clearing of paving areas & removal of debris/waste from each site.

• Slashing and retention basin maintenance at Coffs Harbour Health Campus and Port Macquarie Base Hospital

• Asset Protection Zone Maintenance at Coffs Harbour Base Hospital, Bellinger River Hospital, Port Macquarie Base Hospital, Macksville District Hospital, Kempsey District Hospital & Camden Haven Healthone.
