The current scope for the NSW Patient Survey Program incorporates the provision of services for the collection of patient experience data, principally the preparation of survey materials, packaging and distribution of materials, data entry and processing, and provision of a high quality dataset to BHI. Whilst the service scope has been static for some time, BHI is keen to ensure that the method of service delivery evolves in a way which reflects survey marketing and technological innovation.

Respondents may sub-contract elements of the service, but must disclose details of subcontractors they intend to use in their tender response and explain how they will effectively manage and monitor the performance of nominated sub-contractors.

Conditions for Participation
In order for submissions to be evaluated, respondents must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Acceptance of BHI/HealthShare NSW conditions of tendering;
- Insurances;
- Financial viability; and
- Compliance with NSW Health Statement of Business Ethics.
Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
Contract is expected to be awarded in March 2022.
Three (3) month transition period in advance of new contract commencing on 1 July 2022.
Three (3) year term in the first instance, with the option of extending for a period up to a further two (2) years.
