The NSW Sexually Transmissible Infections Programs Unit (NSW STIPU) is seeking to commission an agency to develop and deliver an annual campaign over two years promoting HIV testing to men who have sex with men (MSM) from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds who do not openly identify as gay. The first year of the campaign will target from Mandarin-speaking backgrounds who do not openly identify as gay and the second year of the campaign will target MSM from Arabic-speaking backgrounds who do not openly identify as gay.
