? Provision of Salary Packaging Administration Services

o Managing the items that can be salary packaged in accordance

with the provisions of NSW Ministry of Health Policy Directive

2016_009 Salary Packaging Policy and Procedures Manual.

o Salary Packaging Administration to cover the setup and

management of the package to ensure it is within the FBT

exemption cap, administrative elements of payroll, organisation

of deductions, payment of benefits to employees, reporting,

marketing and driving up Take-Up rates.

? Provision for Novated Leasing Services

o Establishing and maintaining a novated lease for employees

including providing quotes, Standard Novation Agreement,

ongoing administration of the novated leases and reporting.
