The extent of the works shall include all works shown on the drawings and as summarised below:
Two new staff accommodation buildings.
All building services connections required.
All associated external works including paths, lighting, landscaping and site services.
The contractor is required to build, test, commission, and provide an occupational certificate from the local Authority prior to practical completion.
