NSW Health are seeking external support to develop an innovative solution to finding and keeping rural and regional talent.
We estimate that this work will take approximately two months. It should involve the following aspects:

In-depth, innovative stakeholder engagement including consultation across government and other sectors;

Empowerment of a core group of NSW health staff with the capability to develop innovative solutions; and
Three to four pilot concepts to present to the senior executive as potential solutions to the issue of regional and rural attraction, recruitment and retention.
