The objective of this Expression of Interest is to identify potential service providers who meet a basic set of criteria and wish to progress on to respond to a detailed Request for Information (RFI) as the first stage of a multi-step procurement process for the delivery of NSW ComPacks Services for 2012/13 and beyond.
In 2011, NSW Health undertook a mini-review of the ComPacks Program to assist in defining the current state and potential future options for the program in relation to governance, funding and service delivery models. The review occurred within the context of the transition to the Future Governance of NSW Health and was delivered a discussion paper in December 2011. A multi-step collaborative procurement process has been developed to best identify and supply the ComPacks program needs with the market capacity to deliver. This first stage of the procurement process is this Expression of Interest to identify potential providers who wish to be evaluated to progress on to a detailed Request for Information that will assess their ability to meet the ComPacks Program needs. Successful RFI respondents will finally respond to a succinct Request for Proposal that clearly identifies the final Program specifications, funding and reporting requirements.
