The NSW Health Patient Survey provides value to help change behaviour and associated culture in NSW Health facilities. It helps to guide and direct performance change. It has been used since 2007 and has become accepted as a useful tool for performance monitoring. It intends to serve practitioners in NSW Health facilities to help them monitor the patient experience and improve it.
