Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) is seeking to engage a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) to provide Home Based Outreach Services (HBOS) within Queanbeyan/Palerang Regional Council, Yass Valley and Bega Valley Shire Local Government Areas (LGA) to improve outcomes for people with a mental illness through support in the development of personal life pathways.
