NSW Health / Fire Essential Services Routine Inspection, Testing and Preventative Maintenance - SESLHD_172025

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking the services of a Fire Services Contractor, or Contractors, to perform Routine Inspection, Testing and maintenance of the installed Fire Life Safety Systems and Equipment within each Hospital or property under the control of SESLHD Management.

All aspects of the contract have been detailed in this tender specification, with reporting and documentation requirements a key factor. The Contractor must have a total understanding of the requirements of all sections of Australian Standard AS1851.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

The Principal proposes to hold site visits for Tenderers on the date, time and place indicated below. Names of persons attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer prior to the day of the site visits.  No more than 2 persons from each Tenderer will be permitted to attend the Tenderer briefing.
