Tender Details

The purpose of this RFT is to engage a Respondent or Respondents under the Procure IT framework version 3.2 agreement by way of a specific client arrangement for a Clinical Information Access Portal (CIAP) to provide NSW Health with:

Online clinical information subscriptions to evidence-based resources including medicines information, citations databases, journals, decision support tools, and books that are provided to staff in the health system through CIAP "Online Subscriptions"; and

Managed services to administer and maintain access to these resources, including the technological infrastructure to manage and monitor access, A-Z resource lists, searching capability, statistical reporting, consortium management, website redundancy hosting, facilitation of local document delivery services, and support and maintenance (‘Managed Services").

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

The Vendor Briefing will be held as follows:

Date:	20 November 2017
Time:	1.00PM – 2.00PM
Venue:	Potential Respondents interested in attending to contact the Contact Officer for venue details.

Potential Respondents must advise the Contact Officer whether or not they will send representatives to attend the briefing by 4pm (AEST) Thursday the 16th of November. No more than two (2) representatives of each potential Respondent may attend.
