NSW Health / Development of a detailed model of service and projected costings for Get Healthy@Work Service as part of the NSW Healthy Workers Initiative - HAC 10/31

The Health Administration Corporation (HAC) is seeking to engage an appropriate company/consultant to provide subject matter expertises in the area of dynamic websites, call centres and onsite visits, accordingly develop a detailed model of service and projected costings for Get Healthy@Work Service as part of the NSW Healthy Workers Initiative. The HAC is seeking to engage an appropriate company/consultant to:

• develop a detailed and projected model of service for the proposed “Get Healthy@Work” Organisational Support and Facilitation Service (forecasting for different levels of demand);
• develop detailed projected costs for the “Get Healthy@Work” Organisational Support and Facilitation Service (dynamic websites, call centres and onsite visits)
• develop detailed projected costs (across the four years) for the “Get Healthy@Work” Organisational Support and Facilitation Service
• develop preliminary draft tender specifications for the delivery of the “Get Healthy@Work” Organisational Support and Facilitation Service
