Tender Details

HealthShare NSW, on behalf of Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD), invites suitably qualified and experienced non-government organisations to submit a proposal to deliver the HBOS in close partnership with clinical supports provided by the MLHD specialist MHDA service and other services.

Services will be delivered with a shared care approach under which psychosocial supports complement clinical care and combine to support recovery and the development and maintenance of independent living.

This Briefing is a combined briefing for this tender MLHD Home Based Outreach Services (HBOS) (# MLHD_183868) and MLHD Supporting Recovery Services (# MLHD_183871).

Names of persons attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer prior to the day of the Tenderer briefing. No more than 2 persons from each Tenderer will be permitted to attend the Tenderer briefing.
