The project’s expected outcomes are that all publicly funded specialist pain management services in New South Wales routinely participate in a data collection, quality monitoring and improvement system, that includes periodic collection of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS), real time feedback to clinicians and patients, 6 monthly reporting for each service benchmarked against others, and annual benchmarking workshops designed to drive efficiencies and improvements in the system as a whole.
