The objective of this EOI is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the FFE capital component of public health projects.
Health Infrastructure seeks to achieve the objective through this EOI, by engaging with
the market and identifying suitably qualified organisations with extensive FFE experience. This experience may cover FFE Definition, needs or business analysis, delivery scheduling, procurement and or project management experience that contribute to the successful delivery of FFE within Health Infrastructure’s construction portfolio. The EOI aims to:
· Identify suitably experienced organisations to work with individual project teams on the implementation of Health Infrastructure’s FFE policy and processes involved for planning, procurement, delivery, and commissioning of FFE across Health Infrastructure’s portfolio; and;
To assess the capacity of industry to successfully manage and deliver FFE projects to Health Infrastructure’s requirements.
