Tender Details

The HAC is seeking tenders from organisations to provide an Area Wide Mental Health Intake Service for the people of GSAHS.

The Tenderer will provide a Mental Health (MH) triage function which conforms to specified standards and will have highly developed quality improvement processes. The Tenderer will facilitate access to MH services across all age ranges including: child and adolescent, adult and older persons. The Tenderer will also offer a limited “care plan support” role.

The Tenderer will provide a service of intake and referral for Drug & Alcohol issues across the Area  It is not anticipated that request for these services will be ongoing The aim is to assist with the facilitation of timely access for communities in GSAHS..

The tenderer will provide a service to the GSAHS Sexual Assault services to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Directory of Services. This will include locations of Sexual Assault  workers, hours of operation, emergency contacts, referral criteria and location of secure faxes.

 

The Tenderer will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and calls to the Tenderer will be handled by mental health clinicians.
