The attached are draft documents of the proposed renewal of Contract 902 - Pharmaceuticals. This draft is open for comment to all interested potential tenderers.

It should be noted that NSW Health and Health Support Services are re-engineering the renewal of the Pharmaceuticals contract along with a number of other pharmaceutical reform programs. This constitutes a number of different processes relating to Pharmaceuticals supplied to NSW Health.

It is proposed that the development of a new Pharmaceutical program shall incorporate the following:

1. Request for Tender - 902 Pharmaceuticals (of a competitive nature)

2. Request for Proposal - 902b Sole source and Patented Pharmaceuticals

3. Request for Proposal - 902c - Pharmaceutical Supply and Distribution

4. Request for Tender - 901 - Hand Hygiene Products
