New suppliers to the Standing Offer Agreement must complete ALL tender documentation.

It is made by the Minister for Finance and Services in the State of NSW (the Principal) for the supply to Eligible Customers of the Deliverables defined and detailed in this RFT Specification including Annexure 1 to Part B and the conditions contained in Part D & Part E.
