NSW Health has commenced a workplace culture improvement program. In order to assess the current workplace culture and establish a baseline for evaluating the success of the culture change program, a workplace culture survey will be undertaken. The survey results will provide an evidence based evaluation of the prevailing culture. The intial survey will be conducted in 2011 and also 2012 and 2013.
