The objective of this EOI is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ICT capital component of public health projects.
Health Infrastructure seeks to achieve the objective through this EOI, by engaging with the market and identifying suitably qualified organisations with extensive health orientated ICT experience. This experience may cover ICT definition, needs or business analysis, delivery scheduling, procurement and or project management experience, which will contribute to the successful delivery of ICT within Health Infrastructure’s construction portfolio. The EOI will:
· Assess the capacity of industry to successfully manage and deliver ICT projects to Health Infrastructure’s requirements; and
· Identify suitably experienced organisations to work with individual project teams on the implementation of Health Infrastructure’s ICT policies and processes involving the planning, procurement, delivery, and commissioning of ICT across Health Infrastructure’s portfolio.
