Tender Details

This is a draft of the request for proposals (RFP) for the supply and delivery of sole source and on-patent pharmaceuticals which are not part of the current 902 contract. This RFP aims to increase the number of items on a Standing Offer Agreement to NSW Health and other eligible customers, where proposals can be mutually agreed to between the Contractors and the State Contracts Control Board. This RFp will be conducted as a separate process to the RFT for Pharmaceuticals (HSS-HC-10-902), however the timetable for this proposal will run in parallel with the RFT 902 process.
