NSW Health / Administration of the Inner City Youth at Risk Brokerage Fund - HAC 10/20

NSW Health is calling for submissions for the administration of the Inner City Youth at Risk project which is funded is funded under the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness and is included in the NSW Homelessness Action Plan. The Inner City Youth at Risk draws together a range of government and non-government agencies to target and respond to young people (aged 12 -25 years).
