IMPORTANT NOTE:
The document on pages following is a draft document issued to allow industry the opportunity to comment upon the proposed request for tender (RFT) for
Food Rethermalisation Carts.
It is not a tender document requiring that a tenderer supply a response with their proposed products and prices, although the final documents may be substantially similar to the draft documents, depending on the degree of issues identified during the open-comment phase.
The actual RFT is slated to be released in early February and will be open for 18 days.
Health Support Services seeks the co-operation of industry in examining this draft tender and supplying feedback as to any aspects of the documents that might require further clarity, explanation, or suggested revision in order to allow an open, competitive tender process that pursues an outcome for the state that delivers the needed goods at value for money (in accordance with government guidelines).
