Tender Details

Western NSW Local Health District requests Expressions of Interest (EOI) from proponents interested in purchasing a portion of land (approximately 6000m2) on site at Coonabarabran Health Service with the intention of constructing and subsequently operating a Primary Health Care Medical Facility (which includes the provision of General Practice Services) on the site.

Western NSW Local Health District is aiming to identify a suitable short-list of prospective purchasers from this EOI and will then negotiate directly with them.

Conditions for Participation

To be valid the Expression of Interest MUST address or contain:

  1. Completion of the Registration Form included in the EOI document
  2. The Terms & Conditions (if any) under which the proponent wishes the EOI to be considered
  3. A confirmation of the Proponents proposed use of the property as a Primary Health Care Medical Facility
  4. A detailed plan or sketch specifying the proposed area (subject to survey) of the lot
  5. An indication of the proposed consideration to be offered for the property
  6. Company details or other proposed structure and financial arrangements
  7. Any other information that the proponent believes is relevant to the submission.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

Following the closure of the EOI submissions will be assessed and shortlisted proponents will be advised after twenty (20) business days.
