Tender Details

NSW Health Pathology, Forensic & Analytical Science Service (FASS) is seeking a provider that can provide a Massively Parallel Sequencing (MPS) platform applicable for forensic applications.

The system must:

(a) be able to sequence the whole mitochondrial genome;

(b) have an automated solution for library preparation (and template preparation, if required);

(c) be scalable for varying throughput requirements (from one sample to many samples per run); and

(d) have an analysis pipeline for the analysis of whole mitochondrial genomes, including identification of variants compared to the reference (i.e. revised Cambridge Reference Sequence) genome.
