NSW Health / Provision of Community Cytotoxic Pharmacy Services & Consumables for Two (2) years with an option to extend for a further Two (2) years - CMN/34

 

Tenders are invited for the community provision of cytotoxic chemotherapy services for administration at the following facilities of Calvary Health Care (Newcastle) Ltd -

 

• Calvary Mater Newcastle,

 

• Outreach Clinics provided by the Calvary Mater Newcastle to Hunter New England Area Health Services facilities;

• Manning Hospital

• Muswelbrook District Health Service

 

The service shall be provided, in conjunction with a TGA wholesaler provider and/or reconstituter of cytotoxic chemotherapy service provision, ready for administration. The service may also include the provision of ancillary medications and the AHS may consider the inclusion of monoclonal antibodies.

 

Calvary Health Care (Newcastle) Ltd reserves the right to request the brand of product/s used.

 

Tenderers must tender for all facilities mentioned above. They are unable tender for only one or some of the facilities named.
