Tender Details
The NGO Drug & Alcohol Aftercare Service (Community Support Program) provider will be required to develop, promote and implement referral pathways and facilitate access to a range of community based health and non-health service providers for clients experiencing drug and alcohol issues. This includes linkage of clients into already funded programs across the domains of employment support / vocational training, social engagement and support in the community, and health providers within the Penrith and/or Hawkesbury Local Government Areas.
