HI seeks to achieve the following objectives through this EOI :
(i) Health Service Plans
· To deliver comprehensive Health Service Plans including data analysis, activity projections, contemporary models of care to support projected requirements and role delineation in relation to the Health Care facility and the Local Health District
· To identify service needs/gaps and nominate priorities and options while providing documented comments on the impact to a Health Care facility and the Local Health District
(ii) Project Service Plans
· To provide leadership and encourage innovation by way of;
o Consultation with identified Stakeholders during the preparation of Service Planning documents.
o Support for the development of a Communication Strategy and Change Management framework in relation to Service Planning
· To deliver comprehensive documentation clearly describing the proposed Models of Care, Operational Guidelines and Procedures, Functional Relationships of Clinical and Non Clinical areas for identified projects.
· The Functional Brief will inform the development of the Schedule of Accommodation for each Clinical and or Non Clinical Unit
· To provide strategic support, guide and review of submitted documents from other Capital Projects in relation to the Planning Phase.
· To support and guide the LHD during the Planning phase of a Capital Project
