Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Helicopter maintenance for AS350 Series B2 and B3 for the Office of Environment and Heritage. - OEH-15-2015

This RFT is seeking tenders for the Scheduled and Unscheduled maintenance of two light helicopters (the Aircraft) and five hoists owned by the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH; the Principal) for the period 1 May 2015 to 30 April 2018 with options to extend the Agreement by up to two one year periods.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A tenderer briefing will be held on the date, time, and place, indicated below. The Contact Officer, and other officers of OEH, will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding this RFT and the tender process generally. Names of persons attending the tenderer briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer at least three working days prior to the date. No more than two persons from each tenderer will be permitted to attend the tenderer briefing.
