The Parramatta Park Trust and Western Sydney Parklands Trust is seeking tenders for the supply, installation and implementation of an Asset Management System software, including data transfer, training and ongoing support for management of Trust controlled assets.
The administration of Parramatta Park Trust (PPT) and Western Sydney Parklands Trust (WSPT) has recently been amalgamated into a single administration agency (Agency) that manage these important public assets valued at over $ 650 million.
To assist in the improvement of asset management and maintenance, the Trusts have recently developed an Asset Management Strategy and coordinated approach on how these public assets will be managed into the future.
The Trusts have a have a broad and culturally significant asset base. Given the geographic area and the broad scope of assets contained within the Parklands, a robust Asset Management System that provides in field and mobile computing is required.
The purpose of this tender is to determine the best Asset Management System solution available in supporting current and future asset management requirements and ensure that the Parklands are well maintained, safe and meet the needs and requirements of the visitors, users and leaseholders while being financially sustainable.
Tenderers are encouraged to undertake a site inspection/walkover to be fully acquainted with the physical and other characteristics of the Trusts asset base.
The scope of services required within the contract include:
