PREAMBLE

RailCorp wishes to procure an off-the-shelf enterprise information management solution for use in managing cases and complaints as part of its continuous service and process improvement commitment. The solution shall:

1. Manage, track and report cases across RailCorp that require investigation, advocacy and complaint handling, and

2. Enable the provision of accurate, reliable and timely information.

The solution is not intended to be a help desk or customer relationship management system.

It is essential that respondents have supplied their solution to Australian government organisations, preferably in NSW. Respondents must have a strong Australian (preferably NSW) support base.

This Preamble is in summary form only for the convenience of Tenderers and must not be relied upon by Tenderers. It is subject to the detailed requirements in Parts A-D of this Request for Tender Document (the RFT). Without limitation, the proposed scope of work outlined in the RFT may be subject to amendment in accordance with Addenda issued under clause A8 of the Conditions of Tendering.
