Tender Details

Roads and Maritime Services is inviting tenders for the relocation of Essential Energy electrical and lighting assets as part of the proposed upgrade of the Mitchell Highway (Cobra Street) and Fitzroy Street intersection.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00 am Thursday 6 June 2019 at 26-28 Hampden Street, Dubbo, followed by a site visit.

Attendance to this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming Tender.

 Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by Tuesday 4 June 2019 by emailing Jacinta.Rutherford@rms.nsw.gov.au with the subject heading stating Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – 19.0000302132.0649 Lighting and Power Relocation, Mitchell Highway (Cobra Street) and Fitzroy Street Intersection, Dubbo.

 All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code).  Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au.

  

Conditions for Participation

 The design is required to be carried out by a provider approved to Level 3 Approved Service Provider (ASP3). Construction is required to be carried out by a provider approved to Level 1 Approved Service Provider (ASP1), accredited through the scheme operated by the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.  All planned works carried out by an ASP1 shall be verified by the ASP3 contractor.

The ASP1 Contractor shall hold an ASP2 accreditation to conduct installation and service relocations of the works under the contract.  Where the ASP1 Contractor does not hold a current ASP2 accreditation, they shall engage the services of an ASP2 subcontractor.  All planned works carried out by a sub-contracted ASP2 shall be verified by the ASP1 sub-contractor and ASP3 contractor.
