Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Roads and Maritime Services under the National Prequalification Scheme for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Roadworks Category R2 or higher plus Financial Category F10 or higher to undertake construction of 5.4 km of roadworks on HW21 Cobb Highway between 118.4 and 123.8 km north of Ivanhoe.

 

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday 26 June 2018 at Wilcannia Golf Club, 1 Ross Street, Wilcannia.  Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

 

Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by Monday 18 June 2018 to the email address Jacinta.Rutherford@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – Cobb Highway – Slamannon Initial Seal.

 

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
