Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Request for Proposals to augment a panel of pre-qualified vessel suppliers - RMS.14.3011.2192.2

Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified vessel suppliers for the following two vessel classes:

•           7.5m – 8.5m Catamaran (Class 4 vessel)
•           Personal Watercraft (Class 7 vessel)

Full specifications are provided in the RFP.

Successful proponents will be added to an existing panel of prequalified vessel suppliers under a Deed of Standing Offer until 18 May 2020. Successful proponents may be approached periodically for the supply of Class 4 and Class 7 vessels to the NSW Marine Compliance Taskforce (MCT), comprising RMS, NSW Police Marine Area Command and Department of Primary Industries Fisheries.

Existing suppliers already part of the MCT vessel supplier panel do not need to resubmit proposals for this RFP – they will remain on the panel. The purpose of this RFP is to offer the opportunity for vessel suppliers to qualify on the panel.

Note there will be limited availability to respond to questions during the RMS Christmas closedown period from Monday 26 December 2016 to Friday 6 January 2017 inclusive.
