Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Warnervale Link Road - Concept design, detailed design and environmental assessment - RMS.17.0000303641.1025

Tenders are invited from four selected tenderers wishing to compete for the proposed contract for planning of the Warnervale Link Road. Only those directly invited may obtain a copy of the Request for Tenders

This Contract is for the provision of concept design, detailed design, environmental assessment, construction programming, cost estimating and contract documentation for the Warnervale Link Road project.

Warnervale Link Road is a multi-stage project currently in the planning phase. If fully constructed it would provide a new road link between the Pacific Highway at Watanobbi and Sparks Road at Warnervale. Construction of Stage 1 has been previously completed by others. Stage 2 has been identified for delivery in the short to medium term. Subsequent stages are currently unfunded, with possible construction timing currently unknown.

If constructed Warnervale Link Road project would reduce travel times between the Wyong and Warnervale local centres and provide benefits for road users and communities on the Central Coast.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement.

This phase of the project is funded by the NSW State Government.
