Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Design & Construction of Administration Buildings at Minto and Leumeah Railway Stations - Retender - WS11129

The Contractor must design and construct new station administration buildings and new platform impact walls.  RailCorp has prepared concept plans.

The Works comprise the demolition of the existing administration facilities at both sites and the construction of new station administration buildings and new platform impact walls. This project is stage one of the RailCorp interface works for the Southern Sydney Freight Line (SSFL). 

The Contractor is required to develop the existing concept designs, and subsequently construct the facilities.

The works will provide CityRail customers and staff with improved facilities, and will provide improved safety. They will, additionally, mitigate vibration and noise generated by the operation of the new Southern Sydney Freight Line

RFT documents are in the final stages of preparation.  RailCorp expects that they will be published on the ARIBA System on Wednesday 19 August 2009
